Personal Training 



1-2-1 Personal Training is the best service I can provide, not only giving you more accountability to get yourself into the gym. We will build confidence being in a gym space; learn correct technique of different exercises; learn how to structure workouts to make them more efficient and also learn how to have fun and enjoy yourself in the gym.  I will plan your workouts and guide you around the gym, making sure that you are doing the best that you can to improve your strength and loose body fat. I will make sure that you are lifting correctly to avoid injuries and to properly activate your muscles. 

We also have live bi-weekly weigh ins, to keep you accountable and make sure that you are progressing. During these weigh ins we will go over your food diaries to see where we are struggling or where we are succeeding. Depending on how many 1-2-1 sessions you want to do per week, I also provide separate plans so that you can keep working even when you're not seeing me. If you have any questions then message away.
